Noise is not permitted between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM in accordance with general regulations. Outside of these hours, activities that disturb the neighborhood must be avoided.
Damaging property or equipment, disregarding signage, or improper disposal of waste is prohibited. Lights, heating, and the bio-fireplace must be turned off when leaving the accommodation.
The company is not responsible for missing money, jewelry, or valuables. Doors must remain closed. A video intercom is installed at the Piódão entrance. Management reserves the right of entry with prior contact.
Offensive behavior or conduct contrary to law, public order, or local cultural customs is not permitted. The following are also prohibited:
Overnight stays by unregistered guests.
Smoking indoors (permitted only in outdoor areas).
Pets.
Parties or events.
Hanging laundry in windows.
Changes to furniture or decor.
TV channel subscriptions.
Storage of toxic or flammable products.
Cleaning is performed between guest stays. For stays longer than 7 nights, weekly cleaning is provided.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 168 hours in advance will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value.
Special rates (early bird, youth, non-refundable) are charged in full in the event of cancellation.
